Do you have any idea what was the nature of the evidence for a license for File:Washington State Treasurer Mike Pellicciotti.jpg? Using the Wayback Machine, I don't find any evidence at https://web.archive.org/web/20210926031915/https://www.tre.wa.gov/about-us/treasurers-bio or https://web.archive.org/web/20211103233509/https://www.tre.wa.gov/about-us/treasurers-bio/. Admittedly, both are flawed copies of the page, but I can find nothing at either about a CC license, and I've almost never seen one on the site of a Washington State agency. Or the page didn't exist, given that it is not the page cited as source. I imagine there wouldn't be any chance someone would get in trouble for using this, but the precautionary principle asks for more than that. Copyright issues.

Hello @Yann. Thanks for the message earlier on today. Looks like you are jumping the gun though. Let's break it down 1) The image entitled large class pedagogy is a book cover. I mailed the lead editor and got the following reply

2) The public protector logo already exists on Wikipedia. How can I be violating copyright when it sits on Wikipedia already See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_Protector and en:File:Public_Protector_logo.svg I have not expressed this correctly then lets address that. Ser Amantio sockpuppetry block

Hi Yann - I wanted to check, is there evidence beyond the username and edits that FasbookWatsappInstagramSerAmantiodiNicolao (talk · contribs) is Ser Amantio di Nicolao (talk · contribs) (i.e. checkuser)? Because to me, this looks more like a separate troll than Ser Amantio himself. I would not expect Ser Amantio to make a constructive edit on his main account and vandalize from another within the same day, and to also request to rename a photo of him to a false spelling of his last name. Contesting closure

Just now you have closed the deletion nomination which I opened here by invoking "no significant doubt about publication"? The only source we have about the provenance of the painting is that it was made and given to a nurse at the Bethlem Hospital, which was then kept in the hospital. The hospital only opened its museum in 1967, which is the earliest year of publication. I thus believe this shows significant enough doubt that the painting was publicly displayed before 1930. Eurotunnel imagery

You deleted the Eurotunnel loco images that I nominated quite fast... And yes, normally I would have chosen a speedy (the situation is clear enough), but I had the hope that during a DR, the Getlink operator would have spoken up, to guide them through the needed licensing clarifications. Let's hope that some guy is still interested in the Getlink account and actually goes to VRT. I know. :-) And I had at least another occasion to retrain my French, as it's long ago that I had to use it as tool for daily communications and not only for reading (a quarter of a century, in fact), so, it'll net my a positive in any way - and making me more able to help my son for his French school lessons.
